Simply select the Chronopost Pick Up mode, rent the zip code of your choice, and choose the pick up store in which you wish to collect your package.

Chronopost guarantees a delivery the next day before 1pm in the pick up store chosen.

At the address of your choice, the following day before 1pm. Chronopost will notify you by email and SMS of the passage of his driver.

You can change the day of arrival if you are not at your home at the suggested time.

RETURNS ARE OFFERED IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE :

If, despite all the attention paid to your order, you were not completely satisfied, JAQK agrees to exchange or refund any item that would not fit, within 15 days.

To do this, simply complete the return form accompanying your order, specifying your order number, the reference of the item(s) you want in exchange, or indicate if you wish to make a refund. This form has to be attached in your return package.

The products must be returned to us in perfect condition, with their accessories: spare buttons, delivery pocket ... Any item that has not been received in full can not be refunded or exchanged.

Returns have to be sent by Chronopost thanks to the return receipt received in your order. It has to be sticked to your package. All you have to do is drop the package in a post office or pick-up point.
